Individual Therapy

My approach to therapy is strength-based, goal-oriented and compassionate. In order to meet the unique needs of each client, I integrate the following treatment methods and interventions in therapy:

  • Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Interpersonal Process Therapy

  • Feminist Therapy

  • Mindfulness

I am also informed by multicutural and social justice lens when working with my clients. I strive to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment to support my client’s healing process. As a generalist, I can work with a wide range of clinical concerns include but not limit to: depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, adjustment issues, interpersonal difficulties, family conflict, acculturation, grief/bereavement, trauma, prenatal/postpartum, and identity development (e.g. gender, sexual orientation, race/ethnicity, spirituality, etc). I enjoy working with people from various cultural background but has had extensive experience supporting Asian/Asian American and individuals with international background. I only work with adults 18 years or older currently.
